About Thai and Cambodian Food!

Same, same, but different!
Both Thai and Cambodian cuisine have a long history and a diverse range of influences. Their foods as well as their histories are very much entwined. While sharing many common elements, the rich cuisines are actually quite distinct. Thai curries always contain chillies, usually the Bird’s eye chilli pepper,

, whereas most Cambodian curries do not contain chilli…, some do contain chilli but when they do, it’s not the fiery birds-eye chilli, but a larger chilli with less kick.   The Khmer pepper and our logo.  Huge in flavour but without the heat!

One more thing!

In takeout there is an extra step to make your meal.  Instead of us making the presentation as unique as possible, we leave the presentation of these authentic Thai and Cambodian dishes entirely up to you.   It’s an opportunity to bring out your inner creative! Break out those bamboo place mats and start lookin’ for lilies.
For some nice music to pair with the cuisine might I suggest

Or perhaps some chill  piano Jazz to set the mood:
